Once you’ve chosen a date and ship to cruise the Galapagos Islands
in, there are still a few things that need to be settled
– First thing you’ll need will be international flights to and from Ecuador, As well as flights from Mainland Ecuador to the Galapagos Islands
. Flight costs are not included in quoted prices and must be purchased separately, but feel free to inquire with us for discounted rates.
– Ecuador welcomes tourists and travellers from all over the world. Citizens travelling to Ecuador for tourism purposes are not required a visa unless they plan to stay in Ecuador for more than 90 days or if they are earning income for an Ecuadorean source.
– Vaccinations are not required if you plan to travel to Quito and the Galapagos Islands
. On the other hand, if you plan on visiting the Amazon Jungle regions or coastal regions, we would recommend asking your general doctor to administer the suggested vaccinations.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
– Since there is a weight restriction of 44 lbs or 20 kg for flights to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, pack lightly! The fewer things you bring with you, the more carefree and enjoyable your trip will be. Check out the essentials we’ve listed below that we strongly advise you bring with you.
